"He was absolutely amazing. Never got me out of my comfort zone and now instead of having a $2,500 deductible on comprehensive and collision, it is now down to $100 and $1000 respectively. Just a really good guy and he is really good at his job. For the right reasons. Hope to be able to talk to him in the future."

"I personally did a value penguin review for my renter’s insurance. I was called by John Mark and he quickly briefed me on his lead. He was to the point and friendly. He offered me screen share assistance and made me feel safe in my application while being throughly transparent in every step. Saved me 30% for $10,000 more coverage without me having to ask. I have to upgrade my plan tomorrow to a bigger amount so I’m on a time crunch, but I know with the information he’s provided me with I’ll be fine. If you’re in the Middle Tennessee area and need to go over ANY insurance plan, not just renter’s, John Mark is who you ask for. I’ll be working with him exclusively until my move is complete.
